Is equipment included?
For private coaching sessions, beginners are welcome to use our training bows and equipment. However, we recommend bringing your own gear if you have it, so you can get the most from the coaching.
What to wear?
Comfortable sports type clothing recommended. Avoid baggy clothes that can catch the bowstring. Wear closed-toed shoes like trainers.
If you have long hair, wear it in a ponytail or pull it away from your face. Long / large earrings should not be worn.
What ages can take part?
Minimum age 8 years.
Where do activities take place?
Do you cater for children with additional needs?
Yes. Our coaches are trained in inclusive sports and have experience supporting children on the Autism Spectrum and with special needs. Please contact us to discuss your childs needs prior to booking them into a group session. We can also offer weekly private sessions tailored to your child – please contact us for more information.
