Join us at Prima Archery in Ballygillistown, Davidstown, Enniscorthy, and unleash your inner archer in a 1 hour 30 minute guided experience at our indoor range.
Led by seasoned archers and members of Team Ireland, this isn’t just any archery session – it’s a hands-on introduction to the sport, packed with expert coaching, friendly competition, and plenty of fun.
Whether it’s your very first time or you’ve shot before, our instructors will help you develop proper form, aim, and shooting technique.
A discount is available when 3 or more people are booked in a single booking.
What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, our friendly team will welcome you, guide you through a safety briefing, and get you warmed up.

Led by archers who have represented Ireland Internationally and are qualified archery Ireland coaches.
What to Bring?
Just bring yourself, a positive attitude, and a sense of adventure!
All archery equipment is provided. We recommend bringing a drink and wearing comfortable clothing suitable for light activity.
What's included?
Your session includes expert instruction, all bows, arrows, and safety equipment, as well as range access and guided practice time.
Expect personal coaching, fun competitions, and plenty of support from our instructors.
What to wear?
Comfortable sports type clothing recommended avoid baggy clothes that can catch the bowstring. Wear closed-toed shoes like trainers.
If you have long hair, wear it in a ponytail or pull it away from your face. Long /large earrings should not be worn.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all! The “Have a Go” session is designed for complete beginners and those curious to try archery for the first time.
Our instructors will guide you step by step, making it easy and enjoyable for everyone.
Is there an age limit?
The session is open to participants aged 8 and over.
Archery is an inclusive activity suitable for families, individuals, and groups — no prior experience or special fitness required.

Great beginners course for my son and myself. I had struggled to get us into one so was delighted when Sharon called. Alan and Sharon were great fun to spend the day with. Relatively easy to get to on Google maps on the website but as Alan mentioned there are 2 Davidstowns in Wexford so check directions beforehand.

Just a phenomenal experience on so many levels: engaging, interesting, entertaining and a great deal of fun yet delivered in a such a professional manner.Alan and Sharon are a great team, Alan is a natural teacher, every step of the way he is imparting his knowledge and experience in a relaxed yet informed manner.We went as a family, ages ranging from 14 to 82, we chose the ‘public session’ and met two other lovely people.We all had a fantastic time, a lot of fun and learned so much!Eye dominance was a surprise for my eldest, a South Pawand my youngest didn’t realise how ‘brilliant’ she was,…and I didn’t realise how good my wife was!If you are planning a visit to the Sunny South East this has to be on your list.
