Looking for an exciting, skill-building activity for your child or teen?
Prima Archery’s 6-week term classes, starting Monday, 11th May, are the perfect way for young people aged 8–17 to discover the thrill of archery in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
Led by Archery Ireland–certified coaches—including athletes who have represented Ireland internationally—this programme combines expert instruction with a fun, engaging atmosphere that inspires confidence and progression.

We also provide private archery classes tailored for children. These are 30-minute weekly classes, ideal for children with additional needs, including those with ADHD or Autism, or for children who would benefit from more personalised one-to-one coaching.
Private classes are booked in monthly blocks at a cost of €30 per 30-minute session.

Participants will:

All equipment supplied – bows, arrows, targets, and safety gear
Spaces are limited to ensure quality of instruction. Early registration is recommended to secure a spot in this popular youth program.

Comfortable sports type clothing recommended. Avoid baggy clothes that can catch the bowstring. Wear closed-toed shoes like trainers.
If you have long hair, wear it in a ponytail or pull it away from your face. Long / large earrings should not be worn.

Yes. Our coaches are trained in inclusive sports and have experience supporting children on the Autism Spectrum and with special needs. Please contact us to discuss your childs needs prior to booking them into a group session.
