This shipping policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should therefore be read along side them.
The shipping time depends on our stock and that of our suppliers. If you have questions about the delivery time of specific products, please contact us.
All orders are processed within 20 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If items are available in our stock they will be dispatched in 3 to 5 days. Custom made items such as arrows will take up to 15 working days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When orders are canceled or partially canceled the remainder of the order will be refunded or substituted with other products.
All shipping times and dates are given in good faith but are estimates only. If we cannot meet this time we will contact you. If for any reason the delivery terms are not met it will be at the discretion of Prima Archery and no claims or compensations can be obtained.
All orders will be delivered in one shipment unless agreed otherwise and therefore ultimate delivery term will depend on the longest item.
For delivery charges for oversize and heavy items we will contact you with a quote for delivery.
Items over the value of €50 will be sent by tracked delivery.
Please note on occasion there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Over size items will incur a surcharge.
Click and Collect
You can skip the shipping fees with click and collect. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up .. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our click and collect hours are by appointment only.. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We currently only delivery to addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimate date for delivery.
